RECIPE FOR SABUDANA KEBABS

Preparation Time :10 minutes
Cooking Time :20 minutes
Serve:15

Ingredients Required:

  • 1cup sabudana (3-4 hours soaked )
  • 2 boiled potatoes, smashed
  • 1 ½tsp Green Chilli paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp jeera crushed
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp ground nut powder
  • 3-4 chopped curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
  • Oil for frying

Method :

1. Mix all the ingredients, except oil. Make a dough out of it and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

 

2. Divide the kebabs dough into equal size ball and roll it into rolls.

 

3. Heat oil in a pan and the kebabs on medium flame. Fry it until golden brown.

 

4. You can eat it with kokom chutney or cucumber chutney.
